This fall, Vancouver will be heating up thanks to a festival that will offer some scorching hot bites.
The annual Vancouver Hot Sauce Fest is fast approaching and it will introduce the public to life’s spicy side. This will be its second year, and Skript Kitchen will host the festivities.
The activity will give foodies a chance to taste test a variety of sauces, and they may find a new favourite to enjoy. Many of them will be hand crafted in small batches, and there will also be unique specialty items in the mix. It can be a good opportunity to pick up some early gifts for the upcoming holiday season, and chili eating and hot sauces contests are both in the works. Those who prefer their seasoning on the mild side will also be able to sample some new tastes, and everyone can purchase sauces to take home. Live entertainment will round out the day, and there are different ticket types available.
A festival that includes a vendor area may present a valuable sales opportunity for local small businesses. Packaging supplies, custom labels, Logo Design and other branding services can all be sourced from area printers, and they can work with a wide range of budget levels.
