As exam time approaches, students studying at the campus of a Vancouver university may find themselves feeling stressed out, but an upcoming program will provide them with some relaxation.
For two hours on a Wednesday afternoon in April, the Compass Hub Brock Commons South of the University of British Columbia will be welcoming the Relax with Rabbits session, which will see some friendly bunnies help students de-stress. There is no admission fee being charged to attend.
The rabbits will be hopping around and interacting with the attendees on their own terms, and there will be food supplied so everyone can give them a snack. There will also be snacks provided for the humans.
Everyone interested has been asked to RSVP. Those who require an accessibility accommodation to attend can indicate this when they register. The bunnies will be on hand thanks to Rabitats, which helps provide housing, population control and maintenance for feral rabbit colonies and also connects companion animal bunnies with loving forever homes.
Exams can be a stressful time of the year, and students may appreciate an opportunity to unwind and relax. A flyer printing company can craft promotional materials to spread the word about events like this one across a university campus and community.
The Relax with Rabbits session will be on offer on April 8th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. At the time of writing, there are still spaces available.
