A summer cruise with a special purpose will take to Vancouver waters this summer, and the monies raised will be aimed at blood cancers.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada will be the charity of choice for the annual Sunset Cruise fundraiser, which bills itself as being an evening of non-stop fun. Magic Yacht Charters will supply watercraft, and the festivities will flow for four hours.
The organizers hosted this floating fundraiser last year, and it was such a success they decided to bring it back for 2026. Tickets are $80.00, and the passengers will all be able to take in views of the sea and mountains while dancing the evening away to music from a DJ. The first drink will be on the house, and as the more the merrier, everyone who plans on setting sail is encouraged to invite their friends and families to join the fun too.
