Vancouver to host youth Halloween event
A Halloween celebration that will offer lots of not-so-spooky fun will be held in Vancouver, and it is geared towards families with younger children.
The Ghouls Gala will see families with kids aged eight and under treated to an afternoon of fun, and there will be lots of hands-on activities in the works. The young guests are encouraged to come in costume if they wish, and parents can count on there being lots of photo ops of all the excitement.
The organizers of the day will be setting up crafting stations, as well as games, and everyone can paint a pumpkin to take home for their own Halloween decor. There will be treats to enjoy, and everything will be Halloween themed. The gathering is on offer thanks to the efforts of the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, and advance registration is needed to participate. The session will run for two hours.
Halloween can be a fun time of the year for families, and stationery printers can add to the excitement. They can prepare stickers, magnets and other small promotional products for businesses and groups to hand out to kids that are trick or treating.
The Kensington Community Centre will be welcoming families for the Ghouls Gala on October 25th from 12:30pm until 2:30pm. At the time of writing, spaces are still available.
