Vancouver plans alcohol-free Halloween party

Halloween parties are very popular in Vancouver, and one that will celebrate the spooky season sober will be coming to a local venue.

The Russian Hall, which is located at 600 Campbell Avenue, will be opening its doors for the Night of Living Sober, which is on offer thanks to support from the Vancouver Arts Society and Club Soda Sober Events. General admission passes are $15.00, and there is lots of spooky excitement on the agenda.

The guests at the gathering will be treated to a wide selection of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and a both live music and tunes spun by a DJ will keep the crowd on its feet dancing. Everyone can get dressed up and try their luck in the costume contest, and a raffle draw has been scheduled too. The fun will keep on going for four hours, and all are welcome to attend.

Halloween parties and other events that feature a contest or competition often see the winner go home with a special prize. Gifts printed with a special graphic design can be presented to the top entries in such contests, and these can be paired with an award certificate.

The Night of Living Sober will be held on October 26th at the Russian Hall in Vancouver. It will run from 8:00 pm until 12:00 am.
