Vancouver library plans toy sleepover

Vancouver’s stuffed animals will be the VIPs for a night of fun at the Firehall Branch of the city’s public library. While the kids sleep, their toys will be treated to a sleepover with their other fuzzy pals.

A sleepover is on the way for Vancouver’s stuffed animals, and the activity is part of the library’s spring break schedule. The toys can be dropped off and picked up at 1455 West 10th Avenue, and it is intended for toddlers, preschoolers and those in the early grades.

The stuffed animals that attend the celebration will be given a tour of the library and will get to enjoy meeting the staff, along with other fun and games. They will be able to hang out with the other toys until it is time for the lights to go out, and while they are having a blast, the librarians and the rest of the team will take photos of the excitement to share with the kids.

Library staff often try to come up with interesting program ideas for their patrons. Any printed materials they require for an activity can be sourced from an area printing services company.

Vancouver’s Stuffed Animal Sleepover will be held in March. The toys can be dropped off at 3.45 pm on the 22nd and picked up at 3.45 pm on the 23rd at 1455 West 10th Avenue.
