As the area around Vancouver awakens to another spring, a cruise will be offering residents a way to enjoy the beauty from out on the water.
Pitt Lake will serve as the location for an excursion planned for Vancouver area residents, and it is set to be a restful and relaxing experience. It will set off from the Fraser River and travel up a fjord, which changes every time the tide comes in.
The cruise will travel along the waterway, visiting a variety of points of interest. It will travel by First Nations pictographs, as well as several waterfalls, with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife along the way. A narrator will help to draw attention to the various sites, as well as the history and ecology of the area. Due to COVID-19, the boat will only be sailing at 50 percent capacity, so anyone who is interested may want to reserve their seats now.
Stationery printers will be able to offer an assortment of informative publications, such as Brochures, that can be given to each passenger when they board a vessel for an outing like this.
The Pitt Lake Wilderness and Nature Cruise will be setting off at 10:00am on May 15th. It is a production of New Westminster’s Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours, and it will depart from Quayside Drive.
