The Gluten Free Expo bills itself as being the largest gluten-free event to be held in Canada, and it will take place in Vancouver this January. The event was initiated in 2012, and it has been going strong ever since.
Those who attend the festivities will be able to learn about, view and sample hundreds of products that do not contain any gluten, and there may be special prices on offer from the assorted vendors. There will be subject matter experts on site to answer questions from the crowd, and a special area will be set up just for the kids.
