The 2013 Table Top Trade Show is taking place in the New Westminster area later this month. It is a joint presentation of the Richmond and Delta Chambers of Commerce.
The idea behind the trade show is to provide networking opportunities for the two chambers and businesspersons from across the region, including New Westminster. It will give many in attendance the chance to increase their referral networks to find new clients, suppliers or even partners.
Of course, all chambers of commerce regularly hold networking events for their members and those who wish to join. The day before the event, the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce is holding a business presentation titled New West Wins which aims to bring businesses and the public together.
Many of those attending the events from New Westminster will likely be investing in a new business card printing order to ensure they have enough cards to exchange with their peers.
The event is open to both chamber members and non-members. Businesses can rent a table and two chairs for $250 for members and $350 for future members; electricity is $50 more. All of those planning to showcase their business at the trade show are encouraged to donate an item for a prize draw.
The Table Top Trade Show will take place at the River Rock Theatre in Richmond on September 25 from 3:00-7:00pm. Admission is free. Contact Carol Young at 604-278-2822 for more information.
New West Wins is being held at Angelina's on September 24 from 7:30-9:30am. Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
