The Fireworks Festival is an offshoot of the annual Hyack Festival, one of New West’s biggest annual events. The culminating event will be a fireworks spectacular created by Celebrations Fireworks. There will also be live music throughout the day, with a food truck area and beer garden in which to enjoy the show. There will also be a vendor market with shops and artisans from across the Metro Vancouver area and beyond. There will be a 50/50 raffle run throughout the night. Visitors are encouraged to bike, walk, or take the Skytrain to the event.
