The 65th Hats Off to Excellence Awards Gala and Fundraiser is taking place this month in Delta. It is presented by the Delta Chamber of Commerce, and a portion of proceeds will go to support the organization.
This is a very important event in the Delta business community, and attracts hundreds of the city’s top business leaders. No doubt guests will be treated to a cocktail reception that will be followed by dinner and the awards presentation.
There are nine awards to be handed out at the gala. These include Volunteer of the Year, Special Events and Tourism, Green Business of the Year, Extraordinaire of the Year, Rising Star Business, and Citizen of the Year. Each award is sponsored by and provided by local organizations.
Since this is one of the most important events on the business calendar, it is likely that most people attending will be bringing along their custom Business Cards. There will likely be many opportunities to briefly discuss business, and to exchange digital business cards with peers.
The Hats Off to Excellence Awards Gala and Fundraiser will be held at the Tsawwassen Springs Golf Clubhouse on November 25 from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.
