The expo will people how to grow and preserve their own food, make their own products and how to live a more sustainable lifestyle. Many experts will be on hand to provide tips and information and presenting demonstrations. There will also be a children's play area.

Also taking place at the same time and in the same venue is the Gluten Free Expo. Vendors will be offering free samples and showcasing their new products. The cooking stage will demonstrate how to cook using gluten free ingredients; some of the presenting chefs at the show will be Alexis Cobham, Hamid Salimian and Desiree Nielsen.
