Delta workshop to unlock social media marketing power

Social media offers a fun and easy way to keep up with friends and family, and a Delta workshop will show how it can be used for marketing purposes.

The Delta Chamber of Commerce wants the local business community to discover the marketing power of sites like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and its “Social Media for Small Business” workshop will be filled with tips and information on how to do so.

Hosted by Small Business BC, the workshop will take place in virtually, and it will be free of charge. The presentation will explore the various social media platforms that are currently popular, and it will also discuss how social media can be used to attract new clients and maintain positive relationships with current ones.

COVID-19 has created many difficulties for local businesses, and hosting an event like this is one way for a chamber to support its membership. Supplying the registrants with information packages can give them even more information, and these can be crafted by area Print shops.

The Delta Chamber of Commerce has scheduled this learning opportunity for November 19th, and it will start at 1:00pm. Anyone who would like to register, or who would like to find out more about the organization and what it has to offer, is welcome to visit its website.
