This New Year's Eve, Delta residents are invited to a foodie friendly celebration.
The chef and crew at Tap Restaurant in Surrey will be pulling out all the stops for a dinner that will offer an elegant farewell to 2021. A special tasting menu will be prepared for the event, and tickets, which are on sale now, are priced at $125 each.
There will be four courses served, including a palate cleanser, and the menu for the occasion will include an assortment of cuisine styles. Locally sourced ingredients will be used where possible, and the various dishes will be served small plate style. The venue has noted that while substitutions will not be permitted, those who have special dietary considerations are asked to contact the eatery ahead of time to see if a particular ingredient can be omitted.
