Delta residents who are considering a career in law enforcement may want to reserve their seat for an information session hosted by a local police force.
The recruiting division of the Vancouver Police Department will be holding an event in April that will provide information that may be helpful to anyone who would like to join its ranks. Policing can be a fast-paced and exciting job, and those who are accepted into its ranks will be expected to uphold its standards. Attending a live or virtual information session such as this is a prerequisite for submitting an employment application.
The session will address an assortment of topics, and everyone will have a chance to ask questions. They will learn about the different careers that are on offer, and a review of salaries and benefits will also be on the agenda.
As only a limited number of seats are available for this activity, advance registration is required. There is no cost to participate. A brochure printing company will be able to prepare information packages for an event like this.
The date for this introduction to the careers on offer at the Vancouver Police Department will begin at 10:00 am on March 5th. It is scheduled to take place at its headquarters, which are located at 3585 Graveley Street in Vancouver.
