The Barnside Harvest Festival will be taking place in Delta this September, bringing with it some of the biggest names in Canadian rock music.
The three-day festival will combine music, food, artisan makers and more to kick off the fall season. The headlining arts are modern Canadian alt-rockers The Glorious Sons, veteran group the Sam Roberts Band, and 80s legends Loverboy. Notable other acts performing across the weekend include The Trews, Sloan, Billy Bob Thornton & The Boxmasters, and Jojo Mason. Each day will also feature several local and up-and-coming acts in a variety of genres. Tickets will be available for single days as well as weekend-long passes.
In addition to the music acts, there will be food and drink vendors throughout the grounds, including a charity barbecue to benefit the Delta Firefighters Charitable Society. Artisan vendors will be selling handmade crafts, clothing, artwork, baked goods, and more. Vendors at events such as this often use tools such as Business Cards and social media to stay in touch with their customers. There will be a Delta Heritage Pavillion, showcasing the area’s agricultural legacy as well as featuring local performers in an intimate atmosphere, family-friendly games and activities, and much more.
The 2024 Barnside Harvest Festival will take place from September 13 to 15 at Paterson Park in the Ladner neighbourhood of Delta.
