The doors of the event will open at 6:00 pm, and when they enter, the attendees will be able to sip a cocktail while they mingle and check out the items that will be up for bids in the silent auction. After this, there will be a dance performance followed by a huge buffet dinner and a floor show that will be capped off by fire dancers. Finally, the winners of the auction will be announced and the dance floor will open so the guests can take a spin.

This type of occasion can offer an experience that is fun and exciting, which can help to make sure it will reach its fundraising goals. Appropriate decor can aid in creating a festive atmosphere for the attendees, and printing services providers can offer lots of ideas for this that can be easily accommodated by the budget set for the function.

The Low Entropy Luau is expected to be a popular event, and it will be held on May 4. It will be taking place in the Port Moody Rec Centre.
