The Uniquely Vancouver Show will be bringing a new outdoor marketplace to Coquitlam this July, called the Big Marché.
The market will spread across 12 days throughout the month, featuring dozens of local artisans and craft vendors, as well as a traditional farmer’s market. Artisans and farmers will be selected through an online application process with an eye to showcasing the best from throughout the Greater Vancouver Area. There will also be a beer garden and food trucks providing refreshments, sponsored by Mariner Brewing. Vendors that have been featured at other Uniquely Vancouver Show markets include Cherryberry Canada, Seven Star Kids (children’s clothing) and Magic Moringa (wellness products).
The concert will also feature live performances by local musical artists and a library bus with Books to borrow, plus yard games and craft activities to participate in. Admission will be free to all and the event aims to be friendly to children and pets. The Big Marché will be one of the biggest events produced by the Uniquely Vancouver Show, which holds pop-up markets and other gatherings throughout the metropolitan area. Vendors at events like this often distribute promotional Pens or other items to help connect with customers.
The Big Marché will be held in Coquitlam on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from July 4 to 27 at the Guildford & Pinetree Park ‘n Ride.
