Dogwood Pavilion has planned an event that will offer a taste of the tropics in the north next month.
Guests are invited to the Coquitlam Tropical Luncheon where they can get away from the cold winter weather and transport themselves to somewhere warmer. Attendees are encouraged to get into the spirit of the occasion by wearing something summery, as the whole event will feature a tropical theme.
The entertainment for the function will bring the feel of a tropical beach. The Royal Aloha Monday Orchestra, which is a five piece ensemble, will perform contemporary and traditional music from the Hawaiian islands. The event is reserved for those who are at least 19 years of age, and tickets start at $17.10 for general admission and $12 for support workers.
Registration for the luncheon is now open, and there are 12 tables of seats available for booking. A banner printing company can offer an assortment of themed decor for this sort of function, and since it can work within most budgets, this service can be a good fit for almost any business or not for profit group.
This afternoon visit to the Hawaiian islands will be welcoming sun seekers on January 24th. Dogwood Pavilion is located at 1655 Winslow Avenue in Coquitlam, and more details are available on the City of Coquitlam website.
