Francophone culture is alive and well in Coquitlam, and the annual Festival du Bois will be putting it in the spotlight.
The event will combine music, cuisine and crafts into a special weekend, offering something for everyone. This will be the 31st year that the event has welcomed visitors in Coquitlam, and folk artists from Quebec will be part of the festivities.
The plan for the weekend calls for several heated tents to be erected in Mackin Park, and in each, attendees will be treated to music, food and other aspects of French culture. It will be a ticketed event, and there will be activities on offer for the kids in the crowd as well. Passes for the function start at $6.30, and the festival’s website can be consulted for more information and schedules.
Organizing this type of celebration can give a city or town a chance to recognize one of the cultures that makes up the mosaic of the community. An event’s Logo Design can be included on the Letterheads and other printed documents used by its organizers, and these materials can be created by a local printer.
Coquitlam’s annual salute to French culture will be held from March 6th to March 8th. The event is open to all ages and everyone is encouraged to get involved.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design Get a Free Quote for Letterheads
