The two-day event will be open to bikers from across Alberta and beyond. Riders will be divided into classes based on the type of bike, level of experience, and age. There will be practice and qualifiers throughout the day, with expert qualifiers and the championship races taking place at night after the stands open to the public. There will also be a camping ground for participants travelling to Chilliwack for the races.
Promotional material also aims to attract curious spectators looking for an exciting night at the track:
“Whether you're a seasoned rider or just a fan of extreme sports, this event promises non-stop action and excitement. Don't miss out on the chance to witness jaw-dropping stunts and fierce competition in person.”
The Indoor Enduro format will add unique obstacles designed to mimic a rural road, such as rocks, logs and cement barriers. There will also be sprint races and half-time entertainment by band Crooked Rider. Extreme sports events like this often use methods such as eye-catching flyer printing or social media posts to help reach an audience.
The first ever Enduro X Canadian Championship will take place on September 20 and 21 at Chilliwack Heritage Park.
