September run set to raise funds for Burnaby Hospital

The 15th Rhythm of Life Run and Walk is taking place in Burnaby next month, with all proceeds going to Burnaby Hospital's Healthy Heart Program.

The event offers participants several options, including courses covering 10K and 5K, as well as the 1K Family Stroll. Entrants can also compete individually or as part of a team.

Afterwards, runners will have access to refreshments, family-friendly activities, a health fair, and a number of food trucks. Science World will also be present and guests will be able to enjoy musical performances from artists such as The Carnival Band and the Rogue Messengers.

Family activities will include mini-golf, face painting, a bouncy castle, and crafts. The master of ceremonies for the day's events will be Yvonne Schalle of Global TV.

It's possible that the organizers of this fundraising event will be investing in services from Burnaby printing companies. This would likely include flyer or poster printing to help advertise the event throughout the community.

The Rhythm of Life Run and Walk will take place at the Burnaby Lake Sports Complex East on September 8. Registration begins at 8:00am with things kicking off at 10:00am.

Fees are $35 for adults, $25 for each adult member of a team of five or more, and $15 for youth. Children aged 12 and under can enter for free. Participants can also collect pledges to raise more money for the cause. To find out more about the day's events, call 604-421-2881.
