The Willingdon Community Fair and 50th anniversary celebration is taking place in Burnaby this August.
This annual fair is always a popular one in the community, and this year there will be the added incentive of free birthday cake. The fair will feature music provided by the JDG Project, a free Zumba class, and carnival games. In addition, there is set to be a barbecue, door prizes, and a martial arts demonstration.
Further, a Burnaby fire truck will be on location and there will be an RCMP display. Children's activities will include face painting and crafts. Local community organizations are also expected to be hosting informational booths about their programs and services. Refreshments will be available for purchase, and a shave-ice truck will be on hand. The Centre will also be open for tours.
The fair’s organizers may have approached reputable Burnaby printing companies to order professionally created Signs, Banners or Flyers while planning this annual event. These items can help to decorate a venue to make it look more festive, or help to encourage the locals to attend.
The Community Fair will take place at the Willingdon Community Centre on August 14th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. Admission is free, although some activities will have a fee.
