Alzheimer’s disease and other Forms of dementia impact many Canadian families, and next year, a Burnaby walk will raise funds and awareness about these illnesses.
The city’s instalment of the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s will be staged at the Central Park Pitch and Putt, and all support is welcome. It will take full advantage of the pleasant May weather, and all are encouraged to take part.
Whether they walk or roll along using a mobility device, the attendees will be raising money, raising awareness and also honouring those who have lost their battle as well as their families.
