Burnaby coffee roastery offers in-person tour

Burnaby’s coffee fans are about to enjoy a behind the scenes look into how their cup of “java” is made, from the roasting of the beans on up.

Coffee Roastery Modus has issued an invitation to tour its roastery, and each ticket is good for up to two attendees. They are priced at $49.26 each, which includes the fees and taxes, and it will run for 30 minutes.

The activity will open with everyone enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and it will then be time to learn about the business and how its menu has been developed. They will visit the roastery, see how it operates and why the beans are roasted, and they will also view raw green coffee. Information about what happens to the coffee after the roasting process will be discussed, and the function will wrap up with time for questions.

An activity that includes a tasting or sampling session may call for custom Drinkware and other materials. A printing services company will be pleased to help, and it can use graphic design techniques to prepare a unique logo or other visual elements to include in the finished products.

Coffee Roastery Modus, which is located at 491 Sperling Avenue in Burnaby, has scheduled its Coffee Roastery Tour In Operation for July 16th. Everyone interested is asked to be on site by 12:00 pm sharp.
