Awards to celebrate business excellence in Burnaby

The 14th annual Burnaby Business Excellence Awards Gala is returning to the city this November. It is hosted by the Burnaby Board of Trade.

This year's event will have a ‘black and white’ theme and guests will be treated to a champagne reception, a three-course meal and, of course, the presentation itself.

Awards in 10 categories will be handed out at the gala. These include Burnaby Community Spirit, Environmental Sustainability, Business Innovation, Businessperson of the Year, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Family-Friendly Organization of the Year. Businesses and individuals were nominated by the public and the finalists have been chosen by the Board of Trade.

This will be one of the most important business networking events of the year in Burnaby. It's likely that many of those who are planning to attend will be arranging for business card printing in advance. This will allow them to make sure that all of their contact information is current and correct and that the cards are in perfect condition for exchanging with others. There should be plenty of opportunities during the evening to discuss business and to exchange details.

The Burnaby Business Excellence Awards Gala will take place at the Crystal Ballroom at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown. It will be held on November 14 from 5:30-9:00pm.
