The Insomnia 2025 music festival will be hosted in Abbotsford this March, bringing together top electronic musicians from around the world.
The one-day musical performance will be headlined by Swedish house music icon Alesso and Brazilian “bass maestro” Alok. Also featured on the line-up are KSHMR, Ben Nicky, and Cosmic Gate. This year’s festival will feature a new Basszone Stage, with room-rocking performances by Rooler and Lil Texas. The concert will be an all-ages show with a 19+ VIP experience available.
In addition to attracting Abbotsford music fans, the event will also be running a shuttle service to and from Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby, bringing together people from across southern British Columbia.
The festival is inspired by electronic and rave culture, with attendees encouraged to wear brightly coloured gear and bring glowsticks and other accessories. Insomnia has been an annual event since the 2019 festival, which also featured Alesso and Ben Nicky, and has also hosted globally known artists like David Guetta. The festival organizers have also promoted concerts featuring other electronic artists such as Steve Aoki in the Vancouver area. Music events like this often use methods like poster printing and local radio advertising to help reach concertgoers from the local area.
The 2025 Insomnia music festival will take place on the evening of March 22 at Tradex in Abbotsford.
