The Moments of Hope Gala will be holding its 40th anniversary edition in Abbotsford this April, celebrating four decades of contributing to local health care.
This year’s gala will feature the theme of “A Night in Red”, aiming to add a sense of Las Vegas glamour to the gala. Attendees are invited to wear red or black formal wear to make a strong impression. This theme will extend to the charity raffle, which is headlined by a ruby necklace designed for the occasion by Lanka Jewels.
The 40th edition event will feature a new location in the newly constructed Reflections Abbotsford Banquet Hall, including valet service. The gala will include a cocktail hour, dinner and live entertainment, with an opportunity to dance and mingle. Organizers have also promised a major announcement to be shared for the first time at the event.
Proceeds from ticket sales, raffle bids and sponsorships will all go towards the Abbotsford Hospice & Grief Society. The society helps provide funds for end-of-life care for people in need and their families in the Abbotsford area.
