Residents of Abbotsford are invited to ring in the autumn season at the Mt. Lehman Fall Fair.
The event will feature a variety of activities, with something for everyone. The day will kick off with a pancake breakfast, and after that there will be games, pony rides for the kids, a silent auction, a pet parade, and much more.
Vendors will be on hand, selling baked goods and fresh produce from local growers, and there will also be a craft market. An assortment of performers will be providing live entertainment on the stage throughout the day, and there will be bingo, a craft competition, a beer hall and many displays from area businesses and organizations.
A snack shack and tea room will provide refreshments, and a chicken barbeque will be held throughout the afternoon. The day will conclude with a family social, where those who come out will have a chance to get to know their neighbors a little bit better. Signs and other printed materials for a community celebration such as this can be produced by a printer using durable materials that are suitable for outdoor use.
All this has been planned for September 17 at the Mt. Lehman School and Hall, which is located at the corner of Taylor and Mt. Lehman Road. More information about the fall fair can be found on its website.
