Abbotsford workshop to explore manual field shooting

Abbotsford photography buffs who are eager to learn some new skills and improve on the ones they already have are invited to be part of a group that will be exploring autumn scenery, camera in hand.

For four hours, the registrants in the Manual Shooting in the Field workshop will get hands-on experience in outdoor photography, and it is intended for those who already have spent time using a manual camera. All models and makes of camera can participate, and the participants can count on getting tips and advice to help them take their talents to the next level.

The instructors will demonstrate how to adjust for different lighting levels, and metering modes will be included in the discussion. Composition and location scouting are also on the agenda. The hands-on class will begin in the morning, and the participants will be encouraged to ask any questions they might have.

Registration for this activity is now open, and the fee is $94.50 each. Guides that supply additional information that can be helpful for photographers can be crafted by area brochure printing companies, and these can be distributed during this sort of activity.

This opportunity for Abbotsford amateur photographers to gain some field experience and expert advice will be taking place on September 12th. The group will be exploring Willband Park, and are asked to be on site by 9:30 am.
