A new season is around the corner, and Abbotsford residents looking for ways to improve their health may want to attend an upcoming expo that focuses on improving health and well-being.
A selection of over 200 exhibitors from both the not-for-profit and private worlds will be setting up shop for The Health and Wellness Show in March. The Expo is expected to draw participants from throughout the Fraser Valley. The event will be focused on both personal well-being and the health of the world at large, and there will be offerings that all ages can enjoy.
Any kids in the crowd can head to the bounce houses where they can burn off some energy, and they can also join with their parents to browse through the assorted displays. Free welcome Bags containing Promotional Products will be distributed, and there will also be prize draws and opportunities to learn how they can take charge of personal health and well-being.
One of the expo’s most popular components will be the speaker presentations. These talks will cover topics ranging from fitness to cooking, and a full listing of these will be available at the event.
