The 1st African Business Trade Show will take place at the Quality Hotel and Conference Centre on June 23 from 10 am - 6 pm. This is a free event; all guests will receive an event bag and be able to compete for door prizes. The aim of the show is to provide a showcase for African and Canadian businesses in the Calgary area.
The event will feature over 100 exhibitors and guests can take part in the African Business Forum and other business related programs. The exhibitors will feature all sorts of businesses, groups, organizations of associations both African and Canadian. The types of exhibitors guests can expect to see at the trade show will be financial planners, realtors, clothing stores, travel agencies, health and wellness professionals and African stores.
Exhibitors can rent a table for $300 or $500 for two. They will most likely be working with Calgary printing companies in advance to make sure they have a presentation that will appeal to everyone. This can include banner printing services to draw attention to the table, stand-alone Signs and Brochures. Since people will be picking up literature and other promotional materials, an exhibitor might even provide a free reusable tote bag to those who stop by their table.
There are also sponsorship levels available from $250 to $2,000.
