This Halloween season, a themed attraction will be set up at New Horizon Mall, and it promises to bring lots of spine-chilling fun for local residents and visitors to Calgary alike.
The Skeletons in our Closets is on the way for the city, and its schedule has offerings that range from tame and family friendly to completely terrifying and for adults only. It is on offer thanks to by Haunted Calgary Productions Inc., which has been producing the event since the early 1990s, and tickets for its low-scare edition may be purchased now.
This family-friendly version of the attraction will be open on an October afternoon, and the organizers have explained that there will be no actors jumping out at the guests. The sound levels, strobes and overall lighting will be reduced to make it more sensory friendly, and the venue is wheelchair accessible for all of its events. A costumed escort will accompany those who require a mobility device. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charitable causes chosen by the staff and volunteers.
