An event designed to kick off the Christmas season in Thornbury will take place in the coming weeks.
Thornbury residents looking forward to the festive season can attend an exciting launch party in mid-November. Once again, the suburb will celebrate the illumination of Thornbury High Street with the annual Christmas Lights Switch on.
The seasonal event will start in the afternoon and run into the evening, and promises a day filled with festive joy. Organisers of local events with an itinerary sometimes look to professional brochure printing services to create informative Booklets detailing dates and times.
Guests of the event can browse the Love Thornbury Christmas Market to find gifts for family and friends from arts and crafts sellers, and enjoy live performances from talented local performers. Thornbury Radio will also be in attendance, along with an appearance from Santa Claus himself.
The Thornbury Christmas Lights Switch On will take place on Saturday, November 16 on Thornbury High Street. The event will begin at 2 pm and run until 7 pm, with the lights switched on at 6 pm.
