Crpe-making taught in Thornbury
Foodies and crêpe-lovers in Thornbury are invited to attend The Art of French Crêpe-Making, a class scheduled for early May.
Organised by Little Yarra Crêperie, this hands-on class will teach participants the key to creating delicious, authentic crêpes.
Guided by expert crêpiers, attendees will learn about the history of crêpes and what’s involved in creating crêpes from scratch.
On arrival, attendees will be treated to a classic butter and sugar crêpe, coffee and tea before being immersed into a thorough crêpe-making workshop, with all ingredients and utensils provided.
Trained crêpiers will offer skilled guidance and time to practice, and at the end of the workshop participants will have the opportunity to share their crêpe creations with one another.
Attendees will also be given a stack of freshly-made crêpes to enjoy at home, along with a surprise gift.

The Art of French Crêpe-Making will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Little Yarra Crêperie, Unit 5/327 Mansfield St, Thornbury VIC 3071. The workshop will begin at 3:30PM and conclude at 6:00PM.
