Cycling event to speed into Shepparton

Cyclists in Shepparton are preparing for the 2025 Fruits of the Valley Cyclo-Cross. This biking event will be held later this week.

The host is Shepparton Cycling Club, and cyclists will be able to compete with others across a range of grades.

Grades include Novices, Young Guns, Masters, Elites and Open Mountain Biking.

The event will also feature Rounds One and Two of the Victorian State Cyclo-Cross Series (VICXS). These offer crucial racing opportunities for riders to grow their skills and compete at regional level.

Pedal and balance bikes will be available, and young and old are encouraged to have a ride.

Hot showers and changing rooms will be available for competitors after they finish their race.

Organisers of similar sporting events can use flyer printing to effectively advertise and promote their event in fun, catchy and compelling ways.

The 2025 Fruits of the Valley Cyclo-Cross (VICXS Round 1 and 2) will be held on Saturday, 5 July and Sunday, 6 July at Shepparton Velodrome, 96 Packham Street, Shepparton. Saturday racing runs from 11:00AM - 10:00PM. On Sunday, it will start at 8:00AM and finish at 4:00PM. This will be a fully catered event, with coffee, a barbecue and a fully catered canteen available. Competitors are required to have an AusCycling Race Licence to take part in this event.
