There is still time for business people from Seaford to hear from one of the country’s top entrepreneurs this month.
The next Frankston and Mornington Peninsula business breakfast takes place this Thursday, and the guest speaker will be Lonely Planet founder Tony Wheeler.
Wheeler was the driving force behind the popular Lonely Planet travel guides after writing his first nearly 40 years ago following a trek in Asia. He developed the company into one of the top travel businesses in the world before selling it to concentrate on philanthropy. With his wife Maureen, he now runs the Planet Wheeler Foundation – an organisation that supports health and education projects in developing nations – as well as several projects in Melbourne, such as the Wheeler Centre for Books, Writing and Ideas.
In addition to hearing from industry experts, the breakfasts are a chance for entrepreneurs from around the area to meet and develop relationships, alongside discussing how to bring more investment to the region.
Professional business card printing is a must for this type of event, in order to create the right impression. With increasing technology use, attendees might also like to think about digital Business Cards to help them swap details easily with others.
The breakfast will be held on Thursday, June 19th at the Frankston Arts Centre. Tickets can be booked via the Frankston City Council website.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Books
