Andrea Dunkley from Roving Refills Frankston will be on hand to help people fill their clean, empty bottles with items such as shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap and various other household cleansers. The weight of the filled container determines the price to be paid.
Roving Refills (RR) was created by sisters Raphaelle and Claudine Lagier in 2019. Environmentally conscious and concerned at the amount of single-use plastic, the girls created the company to provide an eco-friendly alternative, also helping to reducing transport costs and unwanted additional Packaging.
A recent user enthused:
“I absolutely love that this is something that is available.”
RR acts as a mobile vendor, aiming to visit locations on a monthly basis. It is also present at environment-focused events, as well as attending schools, businesses and community events. Home delivery is also available in selected areas.
The organisers of pop-up events where products are for sale might utilise local Print shops in order to produce price lists and other pertinent information.
The free session, entitled Roving Refills – Refill Your Essentials, is taking place on Friday, 15 May, from midday until 2pm. The location is Seaford Library, 1/6R Broughton Street, Seaford. There is no need to book.Get a Free Quote for Print Get a Free Quote for Packaging
