An annual festival will make a welcome return to Frankston in 2024, providing two days packed with summer activities.
Those in Seaford looking for a weekend loaded with entertainment will want to pencil the Waterfront Festival into their 2024 diary. Following tradition, the Frankston event will arrive in the area in February, and promises two days of celebrations across Saturday and Sunday.
