A special day dedicated to relaxation and pampering is set to take place in Seaford later this year.
Those in Seaford looking for an opportunity to unwind and indulge their senses won’t want to miss the event that will soon be coming to the Victoria suburbs. Taking place in October, the Liefde Wellness Centre is presenting the “Goddess Day Spa Retreat”, inviting Seaford residents to attend a small intimate gathering for a celebration of self-care and specialised treatments.

The event allows attendees to treat themselves as a goddess for a day. It is designed to create a fun and relaxing environment, whilst offering a chance to make connections in between receiving indulgent body treatments.
Planned for the day are guided breathwork classes and self-love meditations, a half-hour sauna session, and a half-hour salt therapy session. There will also be a tutorial where guests have the opportunity to create and take home their own essential oil perfume, as well as a chance to draw oracle and tarot cards. A light vegan or vegetarian lunch will also be served.
