Seaford to hold Qigong training

A dedicated Qigong training session is coming to Seaford later this year.

Those in Seaford seeking an introduction to Qigong won’t want to miss an upcoming training event being held in the suburb this December, called Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) Level One. Organisations conducting courses in their local area often look to specialist brochure printing services to create informative Booklets that detail the topics covered in a curriculum.

Pronounced “chi gong,” Qigong was developed in Ancient China as a traditional form of medicine. It combines using exercises to optimise energy of the mind, spirit and body, with the aim of improving the sense of wellbeing and maintaining good health. Qigong has physical and both psychological element and involves regulating breath and the mind, as well as the body’s posture and movement.

The goal of Level One is to help candidates activate their Qi and to develop a deeper understanding of how it works within the body. This training course is designed for people seeking to immediately access this ancient practice and utilise its physical and emotional healing potential for their own physical and emotional healing.

The Qigong training SFQ Level One course is taught by an expert instructor, Siuling Bisogno Hauwill and will take place on Saturday, December 17 to Sunday December 18. Class will run between 9 am and 1 pm on both days.
