The Victoria suburb of Seaford is set to host a farmers’ market later on this year.
The third Sunday in October will see Seaford’s acclaimed farmers’ market make a welcome return to the suburb. Organised by the area’s esteemed Rotary Club of Frankston, the popular market presents a diverse range of vendors and original producers from around Victoria selling local foodstuffs and value-added products.
Local food producers and growers presenting their goods at events like farmers’ markets sometimes employ professional Graphic Design Services to create eye-catching signage for their booths and stalls in order to attract customers.
The Seaford Farmers’ Market was originally established back in 2007 and is run by volunteers from the Rotary Club of Frankston. It is mainly a fresh food market that involves around 35 different stallholders selling a selection of products like fruit and vegetables, breads, meats, pastas, conserves, jams and cakes, along with plants, soaps, flowers and much more.
Featuring a friendly atmosphere, kids’ entertainment, live music and a Rotary Club BBQ, the event raises funds for causes both at home and internationally. In 2018 the market was honoured as “Community Event of the Year” for Frankston.
Seaford Farmers’ Market will be held at Broughton Reserve on Station Street in Seaford on Sunday, October 16. The market opens at 8:00am and closes at 1:00pm.Get a Free Quote for Graphic Design Services
