Farm fresh produce for Seaford

A December edition of a popular farmers market will take place in Seaford.

Seaford Farmers Market will offer those attending a chance to stock up on fresh festive food for the table at Christmas. Featuring value-added produce, the market is designed to enable residents to pick up a diverse range of in-season products fresh from farms around Victoria at affordable prices. Farmers markets have a reputation for being expensive, but statistics suggest their prices are akin to supermarkets.

The local market in Seaford is organised by the Rotary Club of Frankston. Since 1950, the club has been working in fellowship to help support local communities in Australia and across the world. It lends a hand to a wide variety of projects, not just in Seaford and Frankston, but internationally too, in South America’s Cambodia. From supporting local markets to offering equipment purchases and voluntary labour, the club is dedicated to the causes it serves.

Organisers of local fairs and markets can use poster printing services to create eye-catching materials that encourage members of the community to attend.

Seaford Farmers Market will be held on Sunday, December 19 from 8 am until 1 pm at the Broughton Reserve in Seaford. Entry is free to all. Those unable to attend the event on the 19th will find that the farmers market returns on the third Sunday of every month.
