Frankston, near Seaford, is set to extend a warm welcome to a beloved singer-songwriter from Australia, as she honours two decades of recording and playing for fans.
Those who support homegrown talent in Seaford won’t want to miss an upcoming opportunity to see celebrated Australian musician, Missy Higgins, in concert. March will see Higgins play a live set in Frankston, just five minutes away from Seaford via the M3.
The talented singer and songwriter will be appearing live on stage at Frankston Arts Centre as part of her The Second Act Tour 2024. The tour, which is presented by Frontier Touring, is designed to pay tribute to her debut album, "The Sound of White", which is now 20 years old.
Professional tour organisers promoting anniversary concerts and other commemorative events often reach out to experienced banner printing services to produce special signage to mark the occasion at venues.
The show will have two acts. The initial set will be entirely acoustic, and features Higgins playing all-new materials alongside favourites of fans. However, following an intermission, she will return to the stage with a full band and play the whole of her first release, along with her best-known hits.
Missy Higgins will now perform in concert at the Frankston Arts Centre on Thursday, March 28. The venue is located at 27-37 Davey Street in Frankston, and the show will start at 7.30pm, ending at 9.50pm.
