Those enjoying their 50s may find lots of information and relevant topics in September at a workshop aimed specifically at their age group.
The Make it Count - Life Begins at 50 Workshop is run by Petra Taylor-Smith and aims to present topics and tips that are relevant and of interest specifically to the over 50s. Questions are also encouraged. There is also the opportunity to win a prize and socialise afterwards.
Taylor-Smith has a background in music, teaching and business. She has a passion for lifelong learning, and is keen to share her experiences and training for the benefit of others. She developed Three Quarter Time specifically to look at the lifestyles and aspirations of the over 50s with a view to bringing opportunity and lifestyle enhancements to enrich and invigorate later life.
More than ever, middle-aged people have the prospect of many healthy, meaningful years ahead of them and may embrace information that enables them to make the most of informed choices and goals. Lifestyle events like this are often advertised within a community via brochure printing.
The Make it Count - Life Begins at 50 Workshop is set to take place on Tuesday, September 13th, from 3pm until 5pm at The Coffee Club, which can be found at 23 Cotton Tree Parade in Maroochydore, QLD 4558. Tickets cost $10 per person.
