Milk & Co will once again be partnering with the Kids’ Cancer Project to produce the World Series Swims Summer Swim at Noosa Heads, near Maroochydore, for all lovers of swimming in the ocean.
The sea carnival will take place over a whole weekend and will offer events for junior swimmers as well as challenges for veteran marathon competitors.
Olympic Gold Medallist Michael Klim and other swimming personalities will be present to take part in the fun. Swimming lengths will range from 300 metres for junior swimmers to the 5-kilometre marathon for the more experienced participants. Cash and prizes will be on offer for the marathon swim. Participants will be encouraged to fundraise for kids’ cancer research.
Milk & Co is a business run by Michael and Lindy Klim and their three children, creating skin products based on mostly natural ingredients. World Series Swims present swimming events at a number of beach locations in Australia.
The Kids’ Cancer Project is dedicated to raising funds nationally for research into treatment and cures for children’s cancer and support for sufferers and their families.

The swimming festival will be held on Saturday 11th February and Sunday 12th February from 8.00am each day, on the Noosa Main Beach at Noosa Heads.
