The Brisbane Coastrek, a hiking event renowned for its beautiful coastal scenery as it winds its way up the Sunshine Coast past Maroochydore towards Noosa, is going virtual due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Thousands of enthusiastic women from across the country have an opportunity to come together on 4th September to participate in a 15km, 30km or 60km virtual hike to support the good work that Beyond Blue does for more than 3 million Australians who suffer with mental health and wellbeing issues.
Supported by the Wild Women On Top team, which encourages women to lead adventurous lives, this event challenges teams of four to get out into nature as they participate in a day of fitness, fun and giving back to the community.
The virtual Coastrek includes a virtual fundraising page and fitness tracker, a 12-week training programme, e-Books, fundraising tips and resources, a Facebook community to keep teams motivated, competitions and prizes and eco-friendly medals which will be posted to team Captains at the completion of the event. Adventure events similar to this often provide participants with Promotional Products on registration.
Women within the greater Maroochydore area who still wish to participate in this event are able to select their own trail route this year. In order to make this achievable, the Wild Women On Top team have mapped out numerous trails throughout Australia that are approximately 15km, 30km or 60km in length. Details of registration and trails can be found on the Coastrek website.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products Get a Free Quote for Books
