Lake Kawana Community Centre will be hosting the annual Conscious Life Festival in November, which will be open to all interested locals, as well as visitors from nearby areas such as Maroochydore.
The festival has been held every year since 2011 and offers attendees educational information and products to purchase from over 130 exhibitors, all centred on ways to improve personal health and increase wellbeing by making simple changes to lifestyle. Products will be available that cater specifically for children as well as adults.
Stalls will be presenting healthy, natural food and drink, and sustainable products for purchase, while a number of keynote speakers, free seminars and workshops will be delivering information on how to consciously make changes to lifestyles. Meditation sessions will offer a chance to relax and musical performances from artists such as Australian/Hungarian guitarist and flautist The Dragon and the Turtle, harpist Kim Kirkman, and Lou Van Stone (known as ‘Celestial Singer’) along with many others, will entertain and uplift. No doubt some of them will have promotional Pens, Calendars and other printed goods on sale.
The event will be held on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13 from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Lake Kawana Community Centre at 114 Sportsman Parade in Bokarina. Entry is open to visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
