Music lovers from Maroochydore can once again enjoy the tunes of talented local artists thanks to the return of Solbar’s Open Mic Night.
The legendary live music venue had to postpone its popular events due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, it has now devised a way to entertain its patrons from the comfort of their own homes. The Open Mic Night sessions will return via live streaming and will be hosted by Liss, its virtual MC, who will facilitate an entertaining night of high-paced, enjoyable music. Each artist will showcase their unique style of music through performing a couple of songs.
Solbar invites residents of Maroochydore to grab a slice or two of their famous pizza which is available for pick-up or delivery within 5km. Beverages are also available for purchase.
The business takes pride in being the only dedicated live music venue on the Sunshine Coast and now it is delighted to be able to share its event with audiences countrywide. Venues that host events may utilise poster printing services to notify residents of upcoming events.
The music sessions will take place via Zoom and be live streamed via Solbar’s Facebook page each Wednesday, with new artists performing each fortnight. The sessions run to the 29 June. The Zoom link, pizza menu and further details can be found on Solbar’s Facebook page.
