Sculpture Garden on display this October

‘The Sculpture Garden’, supported by Maroochydore’s local council, the Sunshine Coast Council, is a free art exhibit happening in October.

Those looking to check out unique creations should find The Sculpture Garden exhibition appealing. The artwork has been created by sculptors and potters that are part of the Buderim’s Craft Cottage. ‘The Sculpture Garden’ has been taking place since 1997, and each year, a wide range of outdoor and indoor pieces are put on display. To produce these creations, the artists use complex techniques such as firing and glazing to convert clay into works of art.

The event is well-suited for those looking to indulge their curiosity for art and show support for the local community of artists. Their visit can be supplemented by a meal at one of the several local establishments within the area while rejoicing in picturesque views of Buderim.

All work exhibited will be up for sale with entry being free to the event. The Sculpture Garden exhibition will be held at the Atrium Gallery in the Buderim Craft Cottage, which is located on 5 Main Street. It will be held on a daily basis from Saturday 9th October to Sunday 17th October from 9am to 4pm. Parking is available nearby at the council car park off Church Street.
